📧 Email申請文件至華語中心信箱

Send application documents via email to the Chinese Language Center.

🕒 等待審核（5～7天）

Wait for document review (5–7 business days).

📩 收到入學信及教育部公函（7～10天）

Receive an Admission Letter and MOE approval (7–10 business days).

🛂 向台辦處申請簽證

Apply for a visa at the TECO (Taipei Economic and Cultural Office).

📢 簽證取得後通知中心

Notify the Center after visa approval.

✈️ 與中心確認機票日期

Confirm your flight date with the Center.

📄 收到入境許可

Receive an Entry Permit from the Ministry of Education.

🧳 準備入境台灣

Get ready to enter Taiwan!

Proof of language proficiency

研習計畫書（300字以內）
Study plan (within 300 words)

健康檢查報告

麻疹與德國麻疹抗體陽性檢驗報告或預防接種證明

胸部X光肺結核檢查報告
（可於獲簽後補交）
Health check report:

Positive antibody report or proof of vaccination for measles and rubella

Chest X-ray report for tuberculosis
(Can be submitted after visa approval)

報名費繳費證明（NT$500元）
Proof of registration fee payment (NT$500)

📌 備註 / Notes

越南籍學生須提供最高學歷畢業證書與成績單驗正本；若為高中成績單，平均須達 6.0以上。
Vietnamese applicants must submit original diploma and transcript.
High school transcript GPA must be above 6.0 (on a 10-point scale).

越南籍學生須檢附語言能力證明（TOCFL A1）。
Vietnamese applicants must provide a TOCFL A1 language certificate.

Please transfer the registration fee and email the proof of payment when you apply.

🌐 海外學生匯款請選擇「全額付款」以避免手續費扣款

Overseas remittance must select “full payment” to avoid deduction of bank fees.

🏠 需要宿舍請提前告知並完成住宿匯款

If you require dormitory accommodation, please notify us in advance and complete the payment for lodging.

🧾 學費 NT$28,000 元，入境前需完成匯款並提供證明

Tuition is NT$28,000; payment must be made and proof submitted before entry.

🛬 入境前需加入新生群組並遵守政府規定

Join the freshmen group and comply with government regulations before entering Taiwan.
