🧑‍🎓 滿18歲以上 / Must be over 18 years old

🏠 持有居留證並在台居留滿6個月以上 / Must have an ARC and have resided in Taiwan for ≥6 months

🆔 舊居留證影本 + 新居留證正本 (合計超過6個月) / Copy of old ARC + original new ARC (total >6 months)

🌍 護照 / Passport

🏥 體檢表 / Health check-up form

🖼️ 1吋照片3張 / 3 × 1” passport photos

💰 報名費 / Registration Fee

💸 普通重型機車考試費用 NT$250

📅 文件準備齊全後，上網預約考試 / Prepare documents & make an online reservation

⏰ 報到：

早上場次：8:50 前報到 / Report by 8:50 AM

下午場次：13:20 前報到 / Report by 1:20 PM

🚦 參加120分鐘安全講習 / 120-min safety lecture (mandatory before written & road tests)

🛵 筆試與路考 / Written test (pass ≥85) & road test
