❓ Q2：什麼時候能辦健保卡? / When can I apply for a Health Insurance Card?

📅 學生入境滿6個月後才能加入健保，在此期間出境不得超過1次（30天），且實際居住期間扣除出境日數後，並達到6個月的要求方可參加健保。
📅 You can join the National Health Insurance (NHI) only after staying in Taiwan for 6 months. During this period, you are allowed to leave the country once for up to 30 days. Your actual stay, excluding the days you leave, must meet the 6-month requirement to apply.

📄 需至辦公室申請「在學證明」，並準備「居留證」及兩張「兩吋照片」。
